General FAQs

Getting started is easy! Just reach out to us through our website or give us a call at (817) 713-5014, and we’ll set up a consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. We’ll visit your property, discuss design ideas, and walk you through the next steps—including permits, materials, and financing options. Once everything is finalized, we’ll get your project on the calendar and start creating the most luxurious outdoor oasis.

Yes, a deposit is required. We start with a free estimate, where we visit your property, assess the land, and go over your wishlist. Once we’ve put together a plan, we submit the necessary permits to the city. After approval, a 30% deposit is required before we move forward. We believe you shouldn’t have to pay for anything the city might not approve, which is why no deposit is needed until permits are in place.

If you’re interested in a 3D rendering of your project, that comes at an additional cost based on the scope of work. We’ll go over all pricing details upfront so there are no surprises along the way.

Absolutely! We work with a third-party financier to help make your dream pool more accessible. During the consultation, we can discuss financing options that fit your budget so you can start building without the stress of a large upfront payment.

Custom Pool FAQs

It really depends on what you’re looking for in a pool! Saltwater pools are known for being gentler on the skin and eyes, requiring fewer chemicals to maintain, and offering a more natural swimming experience.

Freshwater pools, on the other hand, are typically more budget-friendly upfront and easier to adjust when it comes to chemical balancing. Both options have their pros and cons, so it really comes down to your personal preferences, maintenance expectations, and long-term goals. We’re happy to walk you through both choices and help you decide what’s best for your space!

There are so many ways to make your pool truly one-of-a-kind! Whether you’re looking for something sleek and modern or fun and family-friendly, the right features can take your in-ground pool to the next level. Here are just a few options our team can build:

  • Waterfalls & fountains
  • Swim-up bars
  • LED lighting
  • Infinity edges
  • Fire features
  • Diving boards & slides
  • Built-in spas
  • Pool houses

Yes! We offer our clients weekly pool cleaning services to help keep everything running smoothly and looking great. Our team handles all the tedious upkeep—skimming, vacuuming, brushing, chemical balancing, and more—so you don’t have to. It’s one less thing on your plate and a whole lot more time to actually enjoy your pool.

We also offer additional services like filter cleanings and equipment checks if needed. Whether you’re just opening for the season or want regular support year-round, we’re here to make pool ownership feel like a breeze.

Hot Tub FAQs

We do not install pre-built hot tubs, but we do build custom hot tubs and spas designed to fit seamlessly into your space. If you’re looking for something that complements your pool or outdoor area perfectly, a custom-built spa is the way to go. We’ll work with you to create a design that matches your style, meets your needs, and gives you the ultimate place to relax.

Technology has come a long way, and hot tubs are no exception! We can integrate a variety of smart features that make managing your spa easier and more convenient. Want to control the temperature, jets, and lighting with your phone? No problem. Looking for energy-efficient heating or automated water care? We’ve got that covered, too. Here are a few popular smart features you can add:

  • Wi-Fi and App Control: Adjust temperature, jets, and lights straight from your smartphone.
  • Automated Water Care Systems: Keep your water clean with built-in monitoring and self-adjusting sanitization.
  • Voice Control Compatibility: Sync with Alexa or Google Home for hands-free adjustments.
  • LED Lighting and Color Controls: Set the mood with customizable LED lighting options.
  • Smart Energy-Saving Features: Reduce energy costs with automated heating schedules and insulation technology.

Whatever level of convenience you’re looking for, we’ll make sure your hot tub is as smart as you need it to be!

We design and build custom hot tubs, so the size is completely up to you! Whether you’re looking for a cozy spa for two or a large hot tub that fits the whole crew, we’ll create a design that fits your space and needs. The only real limitations are your available space and local building codes, and we’ll walk you through all of that during the planning phase.

Hardscaping FAQs

We offer a wide range of hardscape services to transform your outdoor space into something both beautiful and functional. Our team can design and build:

  • Patios & decks
  • Walkways & pathways
  • Firepits & outdoor fireplaces
  • Retaining walls
  • Outdoor kitchens
  • Gazebos
  • Pool houses
  • Built-in seating

The timeline for a hardscape project can vary depending on the size and complexity of the job. Generally, smaller projects like patios or walkways may take anywhere from a few days to a week. Larger projects, such as outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, or extensive landscaping, can take several weeks to complete.

We always provide a detailed timeline upfront so you’ll know what to expect, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process to make sure you know exactly what’s happening when it’s happening.

Pavers and stamped concrete are both popular choices for outdoor hardscaping, but they have distinct differences. Pavers are individual, interlocking stones or bricks that come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. They offer flexibility in design and are easy to repair since individual pieces can be replaced if damaged.

On the other hand, stamped concrete is a poured concrete surface that is textured and patterned to resemble other materials, like stone, brick, or wood. It offers a seamless, continuous surface with fewer joints but can be harder to repair if cracks occur. Both options offer durability, but the choice depends on your aesthetic preferences and maintenance priorities.
